Do you sell to the general public?
Yes, we supply to the public along with Utah’s top restaurants.
Are gift cards available?
Yes.
Are tours of your facility available?
Yes, we are extremely proud of our new facility, and would be more than happy to show you around.
Do you kill the animals?
No, we are not a slaughter house.
What kind of “meat” do you have?
We are equipped with all popular meat products beef, pork and chicken. Also, other products such as veal, lamb, buffalo, boar, venison, game, etc.
What is the difference between Select, Choice, and Prime?
This is the system that meat is graded by the USDA. It goes in order from lowest quality being Select, the middle grade is Choice and the highest is Prime.
Who is the USDA?
USDA stands for The United States Department of Agriculture. They create and enforce federal laws in relation to farming, agriculture, forestry and food.
Is your meat inspected?
Yes, our meat is inspected daily by the USDA.
What cuts can I get?
Our products are made to order. Therefore, we can cut and portion to any size you may need.

Ex: New York Cut 10oz / Chicken Breast 7-9oz / Pork Chop Double Bone 140z.
Do you carry organic products?
Yes, our organic products include chicken and butter.
Do you deliver?
Yes.
Can I pick up my order if I don’t want it delivered?
You can pick up any order you place. We are located at 70 West Bowers Way Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. Go to the West side of the building and someone in the front office will greet you.
How long can I keep meat in the fridge?
It depends on the meat you are holding, and how it was packaged. Generally if the product has been ran through the roll stock, you can keep it refrigerated for 2-4 weeks. If the product has sealed with a Cryovac machine, then no longer than a week is recommended.
How long can I keep meat in the freezer?
For the best quality, 6 months to a year. It is still safe to eat after a year, however the quality will begin to diminish.
